Our friendly owner Gayleen, understands the value of a clean and tidy home. With over 15 years of experience as a Community Home Care Worker, Aged Care Facility Cleaner, Apartment Complex Cleaner and School Cleaner, she truly knows the ins and outs of cleaning.

*Our cleaning services are tailored to the number of standard bedrooms and bathrooms and it's overall condition of your home. Services include bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen bench/sink/small appliances wipe and general dusting.
We provide eco-friendly products and low toxic ones that are safe for your environment or you may prefer to use your own cleaning products and equipment such as vacuum and mop.
Payment is due once the service has been completed.
We hold public liability insurance and police check certificate giving our clients added peace of mind and confidence in our services.
NDIS - For those who self-manage or are plan-managed through NDIS, you can choose Floor-It Residential Cleaning to provide your cleaning services.
Self-Managed: You the client pays the cleaner directly. You then submit your invoice and receipt to the NDIS myplace portal to get the funds reimbursed.
Plan-Managed: The cleaner sends the invoice to the client's Plan Manager (not the client directly).
The Plan Manager pays the cleaner so no reimbursement is needed for the client.
DVA- For veterans who has an approved funding package from DVA can choose to hire a cleaner privately and do not need to go through a registered provider. There are 2 ways regarding payment.
The cleaner invoices the DVA directly using their online Provider Upload Page. The veteran does not have to worry about paperwork or out-of-pocket costs, though they must provide their Transaction Reference Number to the cleaner.
Alternatively, the veteran can pay the cleaner upfront and then submit the tax invoice and proof of payment to the DVA to be reimbursed.

*1–2 bedroom properties are generally available Mondays and Tuesdays.
3–5 bedroom properties are usually available most Wednesdays and every Thursday, as two professional cleaners are scheduled to complete larger end-of-lease cleans.
The property must be completely vacated with power and water connected at the time of the clean.
All bond cleans are completed by professional cleaners using professional equipment and products.
Additional services such as carpet cleaning, exterior window cleaning, and garden maintenance must be arranged separately. For full details of what's included and excluded in our bond cleans, please click the grey button below to view the check list.
If any cleaning items listed on the original service agreement are missed during the real estate inspection, you must notify us within 48 hours and we will return to rectify the items free of charge.
This guarantee applies only to items included in the original bond clean checklist. Any additional requests from the agent that were not included in the original agreement is the customers responsibility.
The property must be in reasonable condition and free from excessive rubbish, damage, mould, or heavy staining. Additional cleaning required beyond standard bond cleaning may incur extra charges.
Payment is due on the day before the service starts.
